Adoption Story

 

Adoption is a beautiful reflection of God’s love here on Earth. I feel prepared to become a mom, and am called to adopt to give a child a loving and stable home. I plan to adopt a baby from Virginia, Maryland or Washington DC. I was first introduced to adoption at age 23 when my parents adopted my sister, age 11. She

changed our lives and opened our eyes to so much joy and wonder. Loving her was immediate and we continue to share a special bond today. It seems like I have known her my whole life. More than anything, my prayer is my adoption process points me closer to Jesus.
